About This Project

A great deal of credit goes to the owners of this future home on the Summit Golf Course in Cordillera for their design of a home which meets only their needs and little more when they could have built an enormous house on a large piece of land. Such values toward sustainability and modesty shouldn’t be overlooked, nor should how they will extend the interior living spaces onto the site which has a unique and contemporary feel.
