About This Project

It’s not often a Design Review Board would consider changing its Design Guidelines to accommodate a home which would steer a community in a new and bolder direction.  Such is the case with the house on this Divide lot.  Its contemporary character is site responsive, as are its paver drive and auto court, the perimeter pathway, the Bocce Ball court, and all patios.  This will be a special home, and will be referred to when other homes are presented to the DRB in the Divide at Cordillera as the model for meeting the intent of the Guidelines in a unique and successful way.
