About This Project

The part of Cordillera on which this home sits is exclusive and private, so valued and prized by the owner that he acquired two adjoining lots with the sole intent of improving the landscape. The pathways from his home were extended to follow a natural water course, around a large pond which reflects the views and sky, reinforcing his primary view to the distant mountains. A private chapel is tucked into the hillside which also overlooks the pond, creating a contemplative place for private meditation.
